ALL SEXUALITY AND GENDER DISCUSSION GROUPS ARE CURRENTLY FULL.
If you would like to be placed on a waiting list, please submit your RSVP below. People on the waiting list will receive first notification if we decide to reprise these discussion groups in the near future.
Join us beginning January 31st as we discuss The New Atlantis's recent report on current LGBT research.
This spring semester, the Austin Institute is hosting a 3-week series for campus ministers and church leaders who would like to discuss what some of the latest and best research has to say about sexuality and gender issues. We will address many of the most controversial issues of our day, including the origins of same-sex attraction and transgenderism. We will also set aside time for campus ministers and church leaders to dialogue about how they can address these issues with those involved in their ministries.
Discussion groups will meet in the Dobie Center (2021 Guadalupe Street) Tuesday mornings from 9:00-10:30 AM and Thursday afternoons from 12:00-1:30 PM. The same material will be presented both days, so you can choose the time that's most convenient for you. Breakfast or lunch will be provided!
Tuesdays at 9:00 AM: January 31st, February 7th, and February 14th
Thursdays at 12:00 PM: February 2nd, February 9th, and February 16th
