About The Event

In his latest book — Seeking Truth and Speaking Truth — Professor Robert P. George guides his readers through an examination of some of the most contentious topics, from human dignity to marriage, appealing to reason and thus searching for sound moral understandings that may bridge today's divisions. This is exactly what we aim to do at the Austin Institute, in the Reading Group and in all our work.


The Good Life Reading Group is open to graduate students and professionals. Readings will be assigned prior to each meeting, which will take place on the second and fourth Mondays of the month, from September 8 to December 8.
