About The Event

For those of you who are still in town, and most especially for those who always wanted to learn some of the basic dance steps but never did, the good life series is back and ready to help you out.

On Friday, July 8th, one of our friends, a former ballroom champion, will teach us how to waltz, fox trot, and quickstep. If it sounds like a lot, trust us and our dance instructor: The only difference among these dances is the rhythm. Furthermore, the main goal of this gathering is to have fun together and reconnect during these hot summer days.

We will meet at the Austin Institute, with doors opening at 7:30 PM. The classes will run for about an hour, between 8 PM and 9 PM, and they will be followed by some social dances. Of course, we will offer excellent conversation and good wine too, as…
