About The Event

For the past two years, a group of Austin's young professionals have gathered for intellectual and human enrichment at the Austin Institute. We can now assure you: The Good Life Book Club is the best place to make new friends and explore questions on human flourishing.

Together, we read literature that speaks to the most profound human needs and deals with the most contemporary issues: such as religion, sex, and family life. We do this in the institute's beautiful backyard or in its lovely indoor spaces. A glass of wine will always be offered - and new participants are always welcome.

About the first 3 meetings:

For the first three meetings, we will be reading excerpts of three different books selected by our leader, Dr. Marianna Orlandi. To receive your copy, make sure to register.
