About the seminar:

This seminar aims to equip college students with practical tools to become the kind of individuals that others are eager to be around — in friendship, dating, and in life overall.


The seminar begins with the session titled “Know Thyself,” which explores the importance of self-awareness as the foundation for every healthy relationship. The second session focuses on friendship, highlighting the significance of genuine relationships, their impact on personal development, and some practices for building a strong, supportive community. The final session turns to romantic relationships, offering insights on navigating dating in the current era.


This seminar is designed for those who seek deeper, more authentic connections rather than mere superficial interactions.
